Get in touch
Deus Core is a one-person studio, so every email is read by a real person. Email us at the address below, tell us which app it's about, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
Help with an app
Tell us which app (GN Pianist or Karaoke Queue!), what you were doing, and what happened. For Karaoke Queue!, the party code and the device you used (laptop, iPhone, Android) help a lot.
Purchases, Pro passes and refunds
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment partner. Include the email you bought with and your order number from the receipt email. Never send us your full card details.
- Karaoke Queue! refund rules: Terms, "Pro passes"
Copyright notices (DMCA)
Our apps don't host, sell or include any music or videos. If you believe something reachable through one of our apps infringes your copyright, email a notice with the subject line "DMCA Notice". Our Copyright Policy lists what a notice must include and how counter-notices work.
Privacy requests
To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email us with the subject line "Privacy request". See the Karaoke Queue! Privacy Policy.
