The short version

• No accounts on this website, no ads, and no advertising or tracking cookies.
• We collect only what we need to sell licenses, activate our apps, run our services and answer your emails.
• We don't sell your personal information.

This website

deuscore.net is hosted and protected by Cloudflare, which processes basic connection data (like your IP address and browser type) to deliver the site and block attacks. An IP address can be personal information even without your name; we don't use it for advertising or tracking. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Purchases

Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our seller of record. Lemon Squeezy collects your payment and billing details; we never see your full card number. We receive what we need to give you your license and support you, such as your name, email address, what you bought, your order number and your license key. See the Lemon Squeezy Privacy Policy.

Desktop apps (GN Pianist)

• License activation: when you activate GN Pianist, and when it checks the license now and then, it sends your license key and the technical details needed to tie the license to one PC (such as a device identifier) to our license service.
• Your files: files you open in GN Pianist (MIDI files, sheets, recordings) and the piano videos it reads are processed on your own computer.
• Song library: when you browse or search the song library, the app downloads sheets over the internet, so the service that hosts them sees a normal web request from your connection.

Karaoke Queue!

Karaoke Queue! runs at karaoke.deuscore.net and has its own Privacy Policy, which explains party data, the song folder (files stay on your device) and records kept for copyright complaints.

Emails

When you email us, we keep your email address and message so we can help you, and as records of purchases, refund requests and copyright notices.

How long we keep information

We keep purchase and license records for as long as the license is active and as needed for tax, accounting and legal reasons. Other information is kept only as long as we need it for the reason we collected it.

Children

Our website and Products aren't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child has given us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy request". We may need to keep some records for legal reasons (such as purchases or copyright notices). Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under local law; we'll honor them.
